Planted to Sauvignon Blanc grapes

Fermentation in 2 oak barrels of 1,200 liters (of one wine) and one new oak barrel of 600 liters

Bottled in February 2017, with some residual sugar
Cuvée "unique" in the sense that it is the first of its kind but may be the last

Tasting notes
Visual : limpid, pale yellow
Nose : aromas of very ripe white fruit (peach and pear)and exotic fruits  (pineapple) as well as notes of beeswax and vanilla
Palate : powerful and broad, with a round but vivid attack, with notes of citrus fruits and candied lemon. Nice acidity at the finish that counterbalances the sugar
Serving temperature : 10°C
Ageing potential : 2025 – 2030
To be enjoyed on its own or served with grilled prawns, lobster and Thai broth, parsley cheeses, lemon tart or Granny Smith, shortbread and roasted pineapple
